The St. Regis Florence

Simply amazing service! The staff at St Regis were really nice too make our stay lovely. From the warm welcome to the personalized concierge service, we was like VIPs. The amazing view from our balcony was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this hotel.

Authentic period Palazzo with high ceilings and decorative art work. Ideally located for walking to main sights. Quiet in the evening ensuring a good night's sleep. Upgrade and butler service provided, with prompt and attentive staff. Spacious rooms with views over the river.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the main Florence sites and very close to the train station. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with unique touches that capture the essence of the city. The bathrooms are in excellent condition and the service provided by the staff is top-notch. The breakfast is a highlight, with a wide variety of options and the option to enjoy it on a terrace with stunning views of the river.

The carpet in the bedroom seems outdated and there is a spot near the entrance where the floor is unstable and starting to cave in.

Our room was equipped with a spacious bathroom, steam room and Jacuzzi, making our stay feel exclusive and relaxing. We also appreciated the great location that allowed us easy access to the city's main attractions, as well as the top-notch restaurant, with its scrumptious selection of dishes and exceptional service. Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel's live entertainment was somewhat lacking, as we had hoped for a bit more variety in terms of music and shows. Nonetheless, this was a minor issue compared to the overall superb experience that we had, and the helpful and courteous staff more than made up for it.

The location of this hotel is ideal, with easy access to all major sights and within walking distance of the train station. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with helpful and well-informed concierge and attentive butlers. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options and the view of the river Arno is fantastic. this hotel provides a perfect base for exploring the city and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of Tuscany.

The hotel lacks spacious spa facilities such as a sauna and steam room.

There was nothing I didn't like.

My stay at St. Regis was really good. The location was perfect, great for easy day trips and access to popular tourist sites. The room I booked exceeded my expectations - spacious, beautifully decorated with local touches, and a large terrace with fine views of the city and river. The breakfast experience was a highlight, with a good setting and a wide variety of high-quality options, including free-flowing Prosecco. The service throughout my stay was perfect, with special attention paid to my birthday and prompt responses to any requests. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the river. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many main tourist sites within walking distance. the lobby and dining area had a luxurious ambiance that added to the overall experience.

The hotel had a strange policy of keeping room keys open at reception, made us feel uneasy and like potential thieves. the toiletries in our room were only replenished once in three days, not up to par for a 5-star hotel.

From the excellent service to the superb hotel amenities, The St Regis Florence was really good. The staff, from the concierge to the bar staff, were friendly and helpful. The butler service was prompt and efficient. The beautiful hotel and river view added to the overall charm. The restaurant and bar offered top-quality cuisine and delicious small plates.
